"Constitutional Court" on the front facade of the Court in all of South Africa’s eleven official languages. If you know a little Dutch or Flemish you may recognise the Afrikaans spelling second from the bottom.
The site that included various prisons that, amongst others, housed political prisoners were chosen for symbolic reasons. All of the prisons have been kept in tact and is open to the public as a reminder of the injustices of South Africa’s past.
