Ellies on the Green at Centurion Country Club

Ellies was proud to be part of the Laerskool Bakenkop Golf Day at Centurion Country Club, joining golfers for a fantastic day out on the course.

The Ellies team sponsored a hole for the day, bringing the brand into the action and adding some extra excitement with giveaways for golfers throughout the event.

It was a great opportunity for Ellies to get involved, show our support and enjoy the atmosphere of a well-supported community event.

A successful day on the course, plenty of Ellies goodies handed out and another great event for the Ellies team to be part of.

The Maboneng Precinct: Transformation

The transformation began in 2009 with a single building: Arts on Main. Developed by Propertuity, this converted 1905 construction-and-distribution center became the anchor for what would become a world-class creative hub. It successfully lured back the middle class and the international community by offering something the sterile northern suburbs lacked: authentic urban grit blended with high-end culture. Arts on Main became the studio home of world-renowned artist William Kentridge, whose presence lent the project immediate cultural gravity. Today, the precinct spans several city blocks and is a kaleidoscope of murals, rooftop bars, boutique hotels, and independent cinemas.
