MyPR: Khathu Litshani Secures A Talent Management Deal In Zambia In The Midst Of Lockdown:

Khathu Litshani is proud to announce that he has secured a talent management deal in Zambia. This came as a result of all the love that he has been receiving from countries such as Kenya, Uganda and Zambia itself. Khathu, better known as DJ Khathu, the DJ or Abuti Nice Time, the comedian is well known for making people dance and laugh effortlessly. The lockdown has been heavy on a lot of people, especially entertainers but he managed to look on the brighter side and stay consistent with his craft. He used this period to create content which he consistently put out on his social media platforms to keep his supporters entertained.

Khathu interacts with his supporters a lot and also makes sure that he gives them consistent content, making him more relatable. His videos got noticed by people in other countries and the love and support just kept on growing. He has also done a lot of media interviews with publications from Kenya, Uganda and Zambia. A lot of people from these countries have also been asking him to come and do shows and appearances in their countries which is something that he is planning on doing after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Morris Banda, CEO of 2nice Media-Yapa Zambia noticed the traction that Khathu’s content received from other African countries and decided to approach him so that they could handle all his bookings in Zambia. “This working relationship will be good for both Zambia and South Africa, not forgetting other African continents. As a talent management company, we want to ensure that as a brand, Khathu gets to his fanbase across the globe and to get involved in projects that would not only entertain but also transform people’s lives. We are very happy and proud to be working with Khathu and will strive for this partnership to reach greater heights,” says Morris.

Khathu realised his talent as a comedian in 2015 when he started doing comedy skits which saw his brand grow to greater lengths. This led to him landing a deal with MTN & Vodacom as the first comedian/DJ to have a voice only caller tune in South Africa. The caller tune went to sell over 25 000 downloads in just three weeks! Khathu’s social media presence earned him a spot as one of South Africa’s biggest vloggers.

Khathu is a hardworking, multifaceted talent who knows no limits and is determined to keep flying the South African flag high. “It feels great to see my brand grow into other African countries. It is something that I have always wanted to do, and I appreciate the support and love that Africa continues to show me. I appreciate 2nice Media-Yapa Zambia for reaching out and I am looking forward to working with them,” he says.

Did you know this about Johannesburg? The city is very leafy: According to the City of Johannesburg website, there are 1.2 million trees within parks and on pavements and an estimated 4.8 million trees in private gardens. Many regard the city as the world’s biggest man-made forest, but this fact is disputed. Unofficial claims say that Johannesburg has 10 million trees. In 2013, New York City had 5.2 million trees and was planning to plant another million by 2017. New York City has a population of more than 8 million people.

The FNB Stadium: Football

The 2010 World Cup turned the FNB Stadium into a global icon. It hosted both the opening match and the final, where Spain defeated the Netherlands to claim the trophy. Perhaps most poignantly, it was the site of the “nearly” moment for African football when Ghana’s Black Stars came within a crossbar’s width of reaching the semi-finals. For Johannesburgers, the stadium is more than a soccer pitch; it is the home of the Soweto Derby, the fierce rivalry between Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates that can see nearly 100,000 fans descend on the precinct in a sea of gold and black.

As of 2026, the FNB Stadium continues to be a versatile giant. It has hosted some of the world’s biggest musical acts, from U2 to Justin Bieber, and remains a primary venue for national celebrations and political rallies. It stands as a landmark of “New South Africa” architecture—rejecting the cold, European brutalism of the city’s past in favor of a design that feels earthy, indigenous, and undeniably grand. It is the one place in Johannesburg where the entire city, from the mansions of Sandton to the matchbox houses of Soweto, comes together to breathe as one.
